L0	Internship Assistant	Not yet able to operate independently; assists trainers. Suitable for beginners or apprentices just entering the industry.
L1	Junior Practitioner	Possesses basic skills and can perform tasks independently according to standard procedures. Suitable for entry-level workers.
L2	Technician	Experienced and capable of stable, skilled operations; familiar with customer service processes.
L3A	Senior Technician	Proficient in multiple tasks, with strong problem-solving and management abilities.
L3B	Trainer	Able to teach specific skills with teaching experience and proven instructional ability.
L4A	Instructor Assessor	Able to evaluate work or training processes, using established assessment standards.
L4B	Master Trainer / Senior Instructor	Capable of developing training programs and training other trainers or assessors.
L5	Lead Assessor / Certification Expert	Able to design certification standards, organize examinations, and lead regional or industry-level training and assessment.
